Will my addition look like an addition?

Not when we build it. We match rooflines, ridge heights, window proportions, siding profile, and trim details so the addition feels original to the home. That blending is what separates a great addition from one that visibly says "we tacked this on."

Can you handle the design or do I need an architect?

For most residential additions we can handle the design in-house — saving you the cost of a separate architect. For larger or structurally complex projects (like a second-story addition over a finished basement), we partner with a local architect or engineer.

Do I need to move out during construction?

Almost never. Most additions are built outside the existing footprint and only briefly cut into the home when we're tying things together. We seal off the work zone with dust barriers and keep the rest of your home livable.
